Please keep the following in mind regarding returns and exchanges in order to ensure a hassle-free and efficient process.
- Returning new / modern items: items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed and include original tags in order to be returned for store credit or exchanged. Items must also be free of smoke, stains, deodorant residue, makeup and damage free.
- Returning vintage items: items must be returned in the same condition as received.
- In order for your return to be eligible for store credit or an exchange, the item(s) must be received and postmarked within 30 days of the item purchase date.
- Store credit will be issued for the item (not for any shipping and handling costs).
- Customer is responsible for return shipping, utilizing the carrier of your choice.
- Be sure to include your original receipt and our return / exchange form to ensure the most efficient and accurate processing.
- All items purchased at a discounted price of 15% off or more are a final sale, and not eligible for return or exchange.
- Returns can be sent in original packaging (or packaging of your choice) - please only use tape to secure.
